2nd Half Property Taxes Due, Friday, Feb 6, 2015

The second half of property taxes will be due on Friday, February 6, 2015 for the fiscal year July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. Please mark your calendars. The interest rate on unpaid taxes is 7%.

2nd Sunday of each month - Petco in Bangor - noon to 2:00 pm

Municipal Election Nomination Papers Available

Nomination papers will be available after December 13th at the town office for the March 8, 2011 Municipal Election.  The deadline for filing papers is on or before 4:30 p.m. Friday, January 21, 2011.   At least 25, but no more than 100 signatures of Orono voters are required to have a name placed on the ballot.

There are two 3-year terms available on Town Council and two 3-year terms available on the Orono RSU#26 Board.

Property Taxes Due Sept 23

Property tax bills were mailed out the end of August.  The first-half of the taxes are due on Friday, September 23, 2011 and the second-half will be due Friday, February 10, 2012.
